Content Creation and Copy Writing
Created content and wrote copy for all of the University accounts across Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Google Plus, Linkedin, and Snapchat. Post types varied from publicizing an event to contributing to University wide campaigns.
Social Listening and Community Management
Used Sprout Social to keep track and respond to specific phrases, hashtags, locations and opportunies to repost content from fans and students. Additionally, tagging was used to provide in house metrics.
Assisted in writing, proofreading and sending a biweekly newsletter to the entire student body and staff.
User Generated Content Campaigns
Created and implemented two user generated content campaigns. In August 2017, after noticing that pictures of dogs on campus were some of the University's top performing posts, I launched the hashtag campaign #DogsofOkstate which gets a 10 unique uses each week. In October 2017, I launched #OkstatePostGrad to keep alumni connected to the University as well as give students points of contact to meet a University wide goal.
