Mermaid Smoothie Bowl

Try out this pretty smoothie bowl for your next meal or skip the toppings and make it a snack! Spirulina is a super food, that is known for its nutrient density, and gives the smoothie its pretty color without adding a dye or tons of extra fruit. I got mine at Sprouts. 

Recipe

1 banana

1/2 small banana

1/2 cup of almond milk

1 Tsp Spirulina

1 handful of ice

Blend and top with seeds, fruit, and nut butters. Eat immediately!
